Custom Order Status???

    Custom Order Status???

    Is there anything currently - or anything on the horizon from Miva - that would allow for a customized order status, aside from the default pending, processing, shipped, backorder status options???

    what I am trying to do is give certain orders a status of "problems" or "Contact Customer" or something along those lines.

    Because we use drop shipments for some of our items, and because we can't get updates of our suppliers up-to-the-minute inventory, we often have to ask customers if there is a different color / size / style that they might take instead of the one they ordered.

    So, if there was any way to do this in the default miva admin, that would be great.

    (P.S. I am not interested in a customized solution at this time. However, if there is a plug-and-play third-party module, that might be an option.)

    Sort of, Order Notes are in 9.0004, but not Custom Order Statuses. It's on the medium horizon, but no official ETA yet.
