Okay....got another error when trying to use the Miva support portal at: https://support.miva.com/supportsuit...Tickets/Submit
I filled out the name, email, priority, subject and message, so all was filled out, but I got this error, when I clicked submit: A Cross Site Request Forgery attempt has been detected; cannot continue with the required action.
On a side note, I still don't know why I need to fill out the name and email when I am signed into the support portal.
I emailed my support request instead....
