Bootstrap Theme OPAY Authorize.net Form Issue

I've seen in the bootstrap theme that the credit card payment form is jacked up on the OPAY page as seen in the picture below. I've gotten around this on past projects using some creative CSS that tells the various browsers how to treat this issue as it shows up different in various versions of IE and even does weird things in Chrome and Firefox. So I have gotten around it, but is there a less "hacky" fix than piecing together some jerky CSS to fix it?

What you see below is the fact that they have the / character worked inbetween the two form elements. They won't display inline because of it. I have fixed this with floats, by hidding things, browser specific negative top margins and so on. But there has to be a better way......

All readythemes have it implemented perfectly. You can check their CSS classes or might wanna give some URL where we can see your broken structure.
