    Forgot password is not working

    I just tested the forgot password link and it never sent the anything to my password. I there a setting that is not activated in the dev mode of this site?

    Hello DHESS,

    I'm assuming you're talking about the "forgot your password" feature for customers on the miva storefront, if that is the case do you have a valid email address setup in the customer settings "customer lost password email" field? This is under Menu > Customers > Customer settings tab.
