    Ultimate Order Status - updates not working with MIVA9

    Hi,
    I am using Ultimate Order Status from Sebenza. The ultimate order status does show it has been shipped with a tracking number but for some reason it is not transferring to MIVA9 ORDH page. It still shows pending for Order Status without a tracking number. I do have the ultimate order status ITEM switched ON for the ORDH page. Can anyone help me provide a fix to the code for Status and tracking number.

    The ORDH page is for the built in system not the Sebenza system, so that's my guess on why it's not working. You'll likely need to use one system or the other but not a hybrid.

        Hi Rick,
        Is there a way to get ORDH, the built in system to update automatically when Shipworks creates the ship tag. It seems not to update the built in system. However, Ultimate Order Status from Sebenza works.

          Yes, make sure you're on an up to date connector from them and there might be some settings changes on their side, but they definitely support that with our built in system.

            I will check with them again because we couldn't get it going the last time I spoke with a tech person from Shipworks.

              That's very odd, they've supported our built in Order History system now for roughly 3 years.
