synco error with Quickbooks Enterprise 11

    synco error with Quickbooks Enterprise 11

    I have attached a screen shot of the error I keep getting every time I try syncing quickbooks with synco. If I click Ok then it will proceed with the sync but I would like to get rid of the error. I have looked into my product list and I don't see the element it is talking about in the error. We do use a custom field for some customer info but I didn't think there was a way for Syncho to upload that to QB.

    Hello DHESS,

    Do you have a ticket open with our support team yet? If not, please send an email to [email protected] and include a link to this thread. There are a dozen reasons why this could be happening and we need to look at your Synchro parameters, field mappings, and obtain fresh synchronization logs and Quickbooks XML log to be able to properly troubleshoot this for you.
