There is a new urls array. The checkbox is simply a flag that changes the value in the urls array to secure for that page member in the array. So &mvte:urls:EMAIL_TEMPLATE; or &mvte:urls:_self:auto; will output the value for a secure link. It does not do anything else in the htaccess, it is all handled in the module.
