gmail "on behalf of"

I have setup my gmail account to use miva smtp servers for my miva email addresses, but I am still seeing "on behalf of" on some emails. Any suggestions?

Where are you seeing the on behalf of? I tried this with my test gmail account and was not able to reproduce it.

If I send someone an email, and they reply back to me, "on behalf of" is shown. Their reply contains my initial message and the "from" shows "on behalf of".
