Where can I find the variables that I can use in templates?

Hello,

In Miva 5.5 I could go to a place and get a list of global variables and local variables.

Where can I find that list in Miva 9 admin?

What I am specifically looking for is to update the template based email for shipping.

In the Domain Settings we have tracking links for Trucking Carriers.

The %tracknum% part works and we can get the url to the tracking place with the tracking number.

I would like to tell our customers that the shipmentis being shipped by for eg.
Ship Method: Eastern Zone Shipping (because we have different flat rates for different zones)
Carrier: UPS Freight (800 XXX YYYY)
Tracking: Url which has %tracknum% to UPS Freight

The TYPE in Shipment tracking links in Domain Settings is the variable I am looking for.
