Today starts off with orders that have no shipping charged. Come to find out UPS Custom Integration has been disabled because our license was not able to be validated. It appears this is because the license server is down. This is not good.
Does anyone have any more information on this? Are these guys still around and working on it or should we start looking for other solutions? Their ticket system is also down and we have not received a response to our email so I'd rather not sit around waiting for something to be fixed when its actually been unplugged and is not coming back.
