Need a challenge or captya solution on OPAY

I'm not having any recall on this subject. We want to try this on a client's OPAY page. I thought doing a search in the forum would remind me of a solution. So, looking for an idea. Thanks,

Well, I now know why I couldn't find it on apps... It's spelled wrong ;)
