If I can save just one person from this company, I'll be satisfied. I've owned fineleather.com for over 3 years now. It was time for a redesign and an upgrade from miva 4.5 to 5.5. I was approached by several companies and decided on this relatively new company from India. It wasn't the price, they were probably only about 1K cheaper, but they told me that they had worked for Miva, and I believed it would go smoothly.
It was nothing but problems with communication and their basic understanding of Miva. They screwed up my meta tags, category descriptions, and paypal module. They changed my directory structure and my natural search traffic has fallen to half of what it was.
Thankfully I now found someone in the US to fix my site, and to design my new sites as well. I'm still going to have to pay to have the search engine stuff fixed, and I'm sure it's going to affect my holiday shopping season.
If anyone need any more information on this fiasco, please feel free to contact me.
