    MvCall & Cookies

hmmm... MvCall carries on a very limited HTTP request. As far as I can
tell, the MvCALL itself carries on the original http request/response
conversation, and your first line in the MvCall loop happens *after*
the http conversation, and on the first line of the actual document
requested. So if MvCALL does not natively support the cookie request/
response conversation, then the "browser" (ie: Miva CGI) cannot accept
the cookies being sent by the server.

Hence the error message: Your browser doesn't support cookies.

    Anyone care to object? ;)

      MvCall & Cookies

MvCall can send any kind of HTTP request. Check this article for
      details:
      http://mivo.truxoft.com/art0032.htm

And it can read the "Set-cookie:" directive in the HTTP header as well,
      without any problems.

Maybe you should better have a look at my website if you are going to
argue with me :) I make a lot of mistakes, but it is difficult to catch
me if you do not read what I already researched closely. You may have
better chance if you learn the articles and find out where are my weak
points. (I admit, there are many).

        MvSMTP Authenication

I'm switching to a new email provider, and when I try to use
MvSMTP to send email through it, I get the following error message:

consignor-prelims-send.mv: Line 120: MvSMTP: Runtime Error:
Authentication is required to send mail as

Is there anyway with MvSMTP to specify the necessary login parameters?

        Thanx
