Help my store is broke... can someone help

    Hello everyone,

    I am using 4.22 MVM 4.1 and OUI 4.936

This is the first time in 3 years of continual use that this has
happened. Here is the error message my customer sees after submitting
his order. This is my BankofAmerica Module

    Runtime error in /stores/4.22/modules/payment/boa.mvc @
    [0000003f:0000000a]: Line 1668: MvADD: Index
'Merchant2/00000003/boa/boaord.mvx' was created with the UNIQUE flag
and the key '1415' already exists in the index file

Is there any software I can get to fix this?

Thanks for any help, I am desperate

Delete order # 1415 and pack the store. Your Bank of America payment
    module is temporarily messed up.

If you mean delete the order from my Merchant Admin, that was done a
long time ago, and I have packed many times already today.

Also I am not very savvy with DB editing, I can barely get a Mysql
      database running.

Do you have any other suggestions Group!!!

You have a record (possibly more than one) with duplicate id's in one of
your store's databases. I assume it's a payment module, though off hand I
don't recognize "boaord". You need a dbf III compatible editor to open up
the associated data table (probably called boaord.dbf and located in the
00000003/boa directory) and remove or renumber the offending record. You
may also need to adjust the storekey.dbf - then pack your store to properly
        reindex.

If Jonathan's suggestion didn't help (that is the easiest way to fix this
type of problem - in most cases at least), then it sounds like there may be
more to it and the database is still corrupted despite the order being
already deleted from it. If you are not familiar with editing DBF files
yourself - there are a few good people around here who offer database
recovery and cleanup as a service, for a small fee. Of course I could
recommend myself, but that would be a shameless plug, so I'll point you in
this direction to reach an independent company that can do this for you:
SantaFe Mall (<A HREF ="http://www.santafemall.com) and Design Extend ">http://www.santafemall.com) and Design Extend </A>
(<A HREF ="http://www.designextend.com) I am not 100% sure if Jonathan offers this ">http://www.designextend.com) I am not 100% sure if Jonathan offers this </A>
service, too, but I do know that he has the necessary skills so chances are
          he might, too.
