    Problem Downloading orders

Ever since we added OpenUI to our Miva store, I've had problems with Miva
Synchro. For instance, the admin panel shows the store and orders in two
places. So when I do my regular Miva Order Processing how I used to do it,
because OpenUI retains all my orders in OpenUI Batches, when I use Miva
Synchro to download new orders, Synchro keeps trying to download old orders
    saved in OpenUI.

It adds more tasks each day because now I have to delete batches in 2 places
instead of just one. Today, Synchro was trying to download 637 orders, only
7 of which are current even though I've deleted the orders in Miva's Order
    Processing.

    Any suggestions?

    Problem Downloading orders

    Michael,

I'm not sure if it's OUI related or not...but I've noticed a problem on one
of my two sites, that the "last order processed" in synchro is usually not
updated properly. So before I synchronize, I check that field against the
most recent sales receipt to make sure Synchro doesn't start too far back.

I'm probably going to scrap OUI in favor of Dynamic Templates, for
performance reasons, so maybe that will fix it. Here's me crossing my
    fingers! ;)

If you need more details on where this setting is in Synchro, let me know
and I'll launch the program and write out details for you.

    Thanks,
    Susan

Synchro registers the last order downloaded. If you delete the last order in Miva, the same last order Synchro has as the last order, then, next time you download, synchro will not find the latest order and will look into the 637 to only find 7 new ones.

I've resolved this by making sure never to delete THE latest order from MIVA.
